Hydraulic power unit for Quenching Line Drive

Customized Drive

The hydraulic power unit for the quenching line is designed for use with ISO VG 46 mineral hydraulic oil and provides the necessary pressure and flow for the proper operation of all hydraulic components in the line. It is equipped with safety and control elements, ensuring smooth and reliable performance.

Our hydraulic unit features two drive units, with one serving as a backup. Each drive unit includes an 11 kW electric motor and a helical gear pump, which allows for quiet operation while delivering 48 l/min. A DA valve is installed at the output of the drive units to relieve the pump when the set pressure is reached.

The system includes a 10-liter bladder accumulator with a safety block for added protection. Two hydraulic blocks (DN6 and DN10) are mounted on the unit, housing 205VDC hydraulic valves for controlling various functions of the quenching line. These blocks also feature pressure switches to monitor the required pressure levels.

The hydraulic unit incorporates a plate heat exchanger and an AVTA valve that automatically regulates the flow of cooling water based on the oil temperature in the tank. A waste filter with a filtration capacity of 10 microns and an electric clogging indicator ensures oil cleanliness and facilitates maintenance. Additionally, the unit includes a level gauge with an integrated adjustable thermostat, allowing precise monitoring of oil level and temperature.

The main tank is made of steel and coated with a durable powder finish, with a capacity of 450 liters. It is equipped with two service covers for easy cleaning and a drip tray for added protection.
