Company Overview

PKS Servis spol. s r.o. has specialized in the development and supply of special machines and equipment since the 1990s. Our devices are the result of our own development, thanks to our team of designers, project engineers, and technicians, whom we cultivate through our internal training system right from their graduation. We design machine units and equipment tailored to the specific requirements of our customers:

• Personal Inspection of Customer Facilities: Evaluation of existing or related technology and discussion of expectations and needs.
• Information Transfer to Designers
• Strength Calculations and Static Stress Analysis: 3D modeling and discussions with the customer.
• Production of Technical Documentation: Refinement of design details.
• Manufacturing of Equipment: Functional testing under the supervision of the customer.
• Installation and Commissioning: On-site activation at the customer's location.

For our equipment, we produce our own drive units and electrical cabinets with proprietary control systems. We have a wide range of world-renowned hydraulic brands, which allows us to offer customers top-notch components or optimize price and performance using verified brands. Since 2019, we have been a supplier of the Japanese brand Yuken, and we keep the best-selling components in stock. Our hydraulic units, testing equipment, and special-purpose machines are assembled into our own lightweight structures made of aluminum alloys.

Project Management and Reliability

Specialists in the development department ensure complete production documentation and oversee the entire project process. The goal is to achieve long-term reliability and precision of the equipment; therefore, our technicians supervise and control the accuracy and quality of production and monitor the correct commissioning of the entire system.

In our workshop equipped with a bridge crane, we are capable of manufacturing equipment weighing up to 5 tons. For larger projects, we collaborate with regional engineering companies. Our workshop is equipped with machinery not only for hydraulics. We have a testing facility where we test hydraulic blocks, valves, cylinders, and hoses. Additionally, we have a welding shop for oversized parts and a lathe for internal production.

Ongoing Services

Our services do not end with the installation and commissioning of equipment at the customer’s site. We provide regular service for machines and devices we manufacture. We offer the option of contractual service and non-stop service for regular maintenance, not only of our products but also of other customer equipment.
